Bri Hayllar, Senior Consultant Psychologist | Centre for Corporate Health

Bri Hayllar is a senior Consultant Psychologist at the Centre for Corporate Health and Resilia. The Centre for Corporate Health specialises in helping individuals and organisations increase emotional resilience, best manage mental health issues and reduce workplace stress. Resilia is a nationally accredited rehabilitation provider which specialises in the recovery of employees who have experienced psychological injury or mental health issues at work. 
Bri has worked as an Organisational Psychologist for over 15 years, with extensive experience in the provision of wellbeing education, assessment and recovery services, career development and transition assistance, executive coaching as well as personal counselling for a range of private and public sector clients. Bri specialises in providing psychological consulting services to a range of professional services organisations in the legal, banking and finance, retail and media industries. 
Bri has also worked closely with some of Australia’s leading law firms, such as King and Wood Mallesons, Clayton Utz, Allens, Johnson Winter and Slattery, Colin Biggers & Paisley and Macpherson Kelley Lawyers. Bri provides expert consulting in the corporate setting on an individual and on a group level. She has vast experience counselling employees for a variety of reasons and at a variety of levels of seniority. 
Bri’s breadth of experience along with her engaging training style enables her to work effectively with organisations in managing mental health at work, building and maintaining resilience and enhancing leadership and management skills.
