Daniel Yin, Practice Leader (Executive Remuneration & Rewards), Mercer

Daniel is a Partner and the Regional Practice Leader for Executive Remuneration & Rewards in Mercer’s Career consulting business with a primary focus on executive and workforce reward strategy, remuneration benchmarking, Board advisory and incentive plan design.
Prior to joining Mercer, Daniel was a Principal Consultant at Egan Associates, the leading independent remuneration consulting practice in Australia. He has extensive experience in designing remuneration programs for a range of listed and non-listed companies, including assignments with pre and post IPO companies, public-private transactions and professional services organisations.
Daniel’s background includes professional services experience in tax and legal advisory (Arthur Andersen & Clayton Utz) and financial services experience in investment and private banking (Barclays Capital & Macquarie).
Daniel has a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Economics, a MBA and also holds an Australian Practising Certificate.
